You can reserve a library facility for use.

There are two ways to make a reservation.
- Reservation (One-time use): Make a reservation for a specific date and time. The same individual or group can use facilities once per day for up to three hours.
- Reservation (Regularly use): Make a reservation for the same date and time every week. Reservations can be made for up to three months into the future from the current month. This scheduling is convenient for seminar courses.
* If a secretary or other faculty representative will be carrying out the procedures, please use Facility Reservations by proxy.
Reservation (One-time use)
1. Click "Reserve (One-time use)" under "Group Study Room in Ookayama" or "Seminar Room in Suzukakedai" on the service menu.
2. Click on the date you would like to reserve from the calendar.
3. Complete the application.
**Room | Select the room you would like to use. |

**Time | Select the amount of time you would like to use the room (in 15 minute increments). |
**Purpose of use | Enter the purpose of use. |
**Number of users | Enter the number of people using the facility. |

Laboratory / Group name | The name of the laboratory or the group the applicant belongs to |
Comments | Enter any message you may have for the library. |
Fields marked with a double asterisk (**) are required.
4. Click "Confirm".
* To start over, click "Clear" to clear the information you entered in and before step 3.
5. Review the details on the confirmation screen and click "Reserve".
* To make changes, click "Edit" to return to the previous screen.
After the reservation is received, a person in charge at the library will send a reservation confirmation email.
Reservation (Regularly use)
1. Click "Reserve (Regularly use)" under "Group Study Room in Ookayama" or "Seminar Room in Suzukakedai" on the service menu.
2. Complete the application.

**Date (From) ~ Date (To) | Designate the period you would like to use the facility. Click on the table icon to open the calendar and designate the beginning and end of the period. |
**Interval | Select the day of the week you would like to use the facility. * Facilities cannot be reserved on Saturdays or Sundays. |
**Time | Select the amount of time you would like to use the room (in 15 minute increments). |
**Purpose of use | Enter the purpose of use. |
**Number of users | Enter the number of people using the facility. |

Confirming status of reservation
1. Perform either of the following tasks confirm the status of a reservation depending on the details of your reservation.
- Click "Reserve (One-time use)" or "Reserve (Regularly use)" under "Group Study Room in Ookayama" on the service menu.
Click "Reserve (One-time use)" or "Reserve (Regularly use)" under "Seminar Room in Suzukakedai" on the service menu.
2. The "Reservations status" screen will be displayed.
Unprocessed | The library has yet to receive the reservation |

Canceled | Canceled by the reservation maker |
Canceled by a person in charge | Canceled by the library |
Reserved | The library has received and confirmed the reservation |
Canceling a reservation
Reservations on the "Reservations status" screen with "Cancel" shown can be canceled.
1. Click "Cancel" shown on the "Reservations status" screen.
2. Click "Cancel" on the confirmation screen.
* Click "Back" to return to the previous screen.
Contact the Ask Service if you would like to cancel a reservation, but "Cancel" is not shown.
