Books-by-Mail Service started on May 8, 2020 to provide needed materials to those students studying and researching mainly at home to prevent COVID-19 infection.
Those eligible for Books-by-Mail Service will be changed from July 1st, 2024 as below.
Tokyo-Tech IC card (student card/staff card/access card) holder who cannot come to the Library for health reasons
If you need to use this service, please notify us you cannot visit the Library due to health reasons. We will inform you use this service.
