We would like to inform you of the usage status in 2024 regarding the open access (OA) article processing charge (APC) support system under Tokyo Tech’s e-journals Open Access Publishing Agreements (Transformative Agreements etc.). Please refer to the following usage report page, and continue to make use of the system.

In addition, we will set a new annual cap on the number of IEEE's OA publication quota we will support in 2024, and once that cap is reached, we will temporarily suspend our support for IEEE's articles. For details, please see the above page.
