The APC (article publication charge) support for open access publication of articles will continue after April 2025 under the same conditions (amount of OA publishing contribution, eligible publishers, etc.) as in fiscal year 2024.
In addition, articles for which a member of medical and dental sciences is the corresponding author are eligible for Elsevier's APC discount, beginning with those accepted after April 2025.

Open Access Publishing Discounts
The APC support program based on the Open Access Acceleration Project (internal access only), which was offered only this fiscal year for those affiliated with science and engineering fields, had been closed in March 2025.
We have no plans to offer similar APC support in fiscal year 2025, so please take advantage of the above APC support.
