[To Tokyo Tech members] APC waivers for open access publication in ASME, Microbiology Society, SPIE

In January 2022, Tokyo Institute of Technology has entered into the agreements that cover access to e-journals and open access publishing fee (Article Processing Charge, APC) with three publishers.

This will enable Tokyo Tech authors who publish in the publishers' journals to make their articles open access at no cost.
