If the expiration date of your student/staff identification card is "2022年3月31日" and you are expected to graduate or leave Tokyo Institute of Technology in March, you have to return all library books you have on or before Thursday, March 17, 2022. When the library is closed, you can return them to the book return outside of the entrance.
You may also mail them back at your own expense with prior notice.
- Before mailing, please contact the address below.
- Please mail by traceable service. (ex: “Yu-Pack”, “Letter Pack Plus” of Japan Post co., ltd.)
- Wrap the books in a plastic bag to prevent rain and water.
When you lost or damaged a book, come to the library counter between 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. If you cannot come to the counter, please email us.
Please make sure if you have library books.

Additionally, please make sure to receive photocopies you ordered from other libraries before graduation or leaving.
