For those whose student/staff IC card is valid until March 31, 2025
If the expiration date of your student IC card is "2025/3/31", be sure to return all borrowed books by Monday, March 17, 2025.
If the expiration date of your staff IC card is "2025/3/31", be sure to return all borrowed books by Monday, March 31, 2025.
Please make sure if you have library books.

* Log in to the Online Request and you can confirm the list of books you have and their due dates in the "Borrowing and Reservation Status/Renewing".
When the library is closed, you can return them to the book return outside of the entrance.
You may also mail them back at your own expense with prior notice. For information on return by mail, please be sure to contact us before the due date.
When you lost or damaged a book, come to the library counter between 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Additionally, please make sure to receive photocopies you ordered from other libraries before graduation or leaving.
For those who will be enrolled after April
If you are one of the following and wish to extend the loan period of a book you are borrowing, please be sure to contact us at the contact information below before the due date.

Please tell us you are to request renewing the books.
[For those who are planning to renew their staff IC card]
Please tell us your card will expire every 5 years with no plans to leave the Science Tokyo, and request renewing the books.
