Link Resolver service
E-Journals and E-Books List is managed by link resolver called SFX. We introduce SFX to see whether the journals or books are available electronically and if so, link directly to the full text. You can find out about availability in other formats and then order a copy. In databases, you can use the icon* to link to full text.

SFX doesn't necessarily link to full text. However the journal exists electronically, the link isn't displayed if Tokyo Tech doesn't subscribe it.
