In order to support students who are not able to use public expense, the library will make a trial to bear the cost of ordering photocopies and books from other institutions as follows.

Trial Period December 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022
Target People Undergraduates / Graduates Students / Research Students
Target Order

Orders for photocopies and books that meet the following conditions

  • Orders accepted during the trial period
  • Orders to the National Diet Library, university libraries, or libraries of research institutions in Japan*
  • Orders made at private expense

*For orders to institutions other than those participating in the domestic ILL service (National Diet Library, etc.), the library will pay only for the documents to be arrived within February 2022 due to early budget implementation.

Notes
  • This trial is to support students who are not able to use public expense to obtain materials. Students who can use public expense should apply with public expense.
  • Orders for photocopies from other campuses at private expense will continue to be at your own expense.
  • There is no restriction on the fields of materials to be ordered. However, the materials must be necessary for your own research and study.
  • The implementation of this service in the next fiscal year will be reviewed based on the results of this trial.

How to order

Orders that meet the following conditions will be automatically switched to the library's payment and you will not have to pay yourself.

  • Orders by Undergraduates, Graduates Students or Research Students
  • Orders accepted during the trial period
  • Orders to the National Diet Library, university libraries, or libraries of research institutions in Japan
  • Orders made at private expense
