You can order the photocopies of materials such as articles that are not stocked in Tokyo Tech from other libraries.
How to order
After you confirm on Library Catalog that the material is not available in Tokyo Tech, fill out "Interlibrary Loan Request Form (for ordering articles)" and submit it to the circulation counter. You need to fill out a form for each material. If you wish to order photocopies at public expense, you need to fill in the name of faculty who is responsible for expenses, and the budget code additionally affix his or her seal. You may also order photocopies from other libraries through "Online Request." Here's more on the procedure about it.

Pick-Up
When the photocopies arrive, we will inform you by e-mail or phone which you filled out on the request form.
Public expense and Library expense: Please come to the circulation counter during the opening hours.
Private expense: Please come to the circulation counter and pay the fee between 8:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
