User Registration & Contact Information Editing

Those who need to use Online Request are required to register his/her contact information on Online Request.

〔Research Students/Overseas Exchange Students/Non-degree Students/Special Auditing Students/Access Card Holders〕

Please register your contact information at the circulation counter when checking out books for the first time.
*Users belong to in medicine, dentistry, health care sciences, and oral health care sciences fields who wish to borrow books are required to have a library card issued by the Ookayama/Suzukakedai Library.

〔Medical and Dental Science members who are issued IC cards by Medical and Dental Science field〕

〔Faculty/Staff, or Campus Workers/Researchers who are not issued IC cards by the SciTokyo〕

To borrow books, please apply for a library card at the circulation counter.

Time required to be issued About 30 minutes (by 16:30 on weekdays only)
Necessary items for applying
  • Certificate of employment or other documents showing your employment at the Institute with an expiration date
  • Identification with your current address (Health insurance card, Driver's license, etc.)
The expiration date of the library card The same date as the expiration date written on the certificate of employment
