Book and Photocopy Delivery Service Between 3 Libraries (Ookayama, Konodai and Suzukakedai)

As part of "Ookayama Day," in addition to the existing service between Ookayama Library and Suzukakedai Library, we are pleased to announce the trial implementation of Book Delivery Service between 3 libraries: Ookayama Library, Konodai Library, and Suzukakedai Library.
This trial will run from April to September 2025. Based on the outcomes of this trial, we plan to officially launch the service starting in October 2025.

The service to have books delivered to you is available to students (undergraduate, bachelor's, and graduate students).

• Order books from Konodai Library to be delivered to Ookayama Library or Suzukakedai Library

  • Application Form (Japanese Only)
  • Search for the Collection of the Konodai Library

• Order books from Ookayama Library and Suzukakedai Library to be delivered to Konodai Library

  • Please refer to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of this page and contact Konodai Library via email

  • Search for the Collection of the Ookayama Library and Suzukakedai Library

Notes

• When requesting materials via Online Request or the Library Catalog (Ookayama Library and Suzukakedai Library) , "Konodai" cannot be selected as the pickup library. If you wish to request books to be sent to Konodai, please apply using the above Request Application Form.
• The following books and materials cannot be requested:
  • Books from the "Ookayama Day Selection Corner" at Konodai Library
  • Audiovisual materials (e.g., DVDs)
  • Non-circulating books and materials
• Books from Ookayama Library or Suzukakedai Library cannot be requested for delivery to Ochanomizu Library.
• Similarly, books from Ochanomizu Library cannot be requested for delivery to Ookayama Library or Suzukakedai Library.
• Books from the Liberal Arts Library cannot be requested for delivery to any libraries at Science Tokyo. Please borrow these directly from the Liberal Arts Library.
• Delivery to the library where you wish to collect books may take some days.

Books borrowed from Ookayama Library, Konodai Library, and Suzukakedai Library can be returned at any of these 3 libraries.

Notes

• Books borrowed from Ookayama Library or Suzukakedai Library cannot be returned to Ochanomizu Library.
• It may take several days for books to be delivered from Ookayama Library and Suzukakedai Library to Konodai Library. If the return processing date exceeds the due date as a result, the books from Konodai Library will not be available for the number of days exceeded. Thank you for your understanding.
• Books borrowed from Ochanomizu Library cannot be returned to Ookayama Library or Suzukakedai Library.
• Books from the Liberal Arts Library cannot be returned to any of the libraries at Science Tokyo. Please return them directly to the Liberal Arts Library.
